Ingredients

  • 1 box of Breton Original crackers
  • 1 6 oz wedge of Brie cheese
  • 8 oz sliced white cheddar cheese
  • 50g of cured meat (salami or calabrese)
  • 1 small jar of mixed olives
  • Mix of accompaniments including: dried apricots, blackberries and rosemary for garnish

Preparation

  1. Select your (food safe) board or platter to start. We like to use a round wooden cutting board or charcuterie board, which you can find at a home or kitchen store.
  2. Place Brie cheese wedge in the center of the board.
  3. Add your cured meat, sliced white cheddar, mixed olives and dried apricots and blackberries to the board.
  4. Add festive garnish: sprig of rosemary

Add olives in a ramekin to add some depth and interest to your easy holiday hosting!
